SEAN Bean is the latest Sheffield legend to unveil a star-shaped plaque in the pavement in front of the town hall.
Joining the Walk of Fame, he told the crowd: “Thank you everybody for coming along today. It’s a real privilege and honour. Sheffield is a very special place to me. It’s where I was born and brought up.

“It holds a very special place in my heart.”

The actor, aged 50, signed autographs, posed for photos and gave the occasional peck on the cheek to fans before dashing off to watch his beloved Blades at Bramall Lane.
